Raychem® CI is a 2-hour fire-rated fire alarm cable that requires no conduit protection! Raychem CI meets the survivability requirements for fire alarm circuits as outlined in the National Fire Alarm Code (NFPA 72) & Article 760 of the National Electrical Code (NFPA 70). Raychem CI fire alarm cables are 2-hour fire-rated to UL 2196 (& ULC S139 when installed in conduit), when installed in accordance with the requirements of the relevant U.S. & Canadian codes, & the Canadian National Building Code.

VITA Link cables are designed for the Petrochemical market utilizing an innovative technology that allows the cable to survive & operate during a fire. They have been designed as a flexible alternative to stainless steel MI cable. The products employ a unique silicone rubber insulation material that maintains physical & electrical integrity when exposed to flame conditions. The cables are rated for 30 minutes to one hour in a rapid rise profile at 2000°F for a petrochemical hydrocarbon pool fire.
