Attachment Tapes, Cable Ties and Labels
Attachment tapes and cable ties for attaching heating cables and in some cases, thermostat sensors, to pipes. Labels to indicate the presence of electric heat tracing.
AT-180
The AT-180 is a 180-foot (55-meter) roll of aluminum tape for attaching heating cables and thermostat sensors to pipes and tanks.
CT-Cable-Tie
CT is a cable tie, made of tough plastic and capable of bundling many cables together. Ideal for bundling cable to run through conduit.
EMK-XCT: Cable Ties
EMK-XCT is a cable tie, made of tough plastic and capable of bundling many cables together.
GMK-CT-UV
GMK-CT-UV is a UV stabilized cable tie, made of tough plastic and capable of bundling many cables together.
GS-54
The GS-54 is a 54-foot (16.5-meter) roll of glass tape for attaching heating cable to pipe.
GT-66
The GT-66 is a 66-foot (20-meter) roll of glass tape for attaching heating cable to pipe.
H903: Application Tape and Electric Traced Labels
The H903 includes one roll of application tape and 10 electric traced labels. The application tape is a 66-foot (20-meter) roll that is used to attach heating cables to pipes.
SC-NPLATCIRCUIT-IDTAG
A metal tag for attachment to the power connection of each circuit. Tag information includes cable catalog number, watts, volts, amps, circuit length, maximum sheath temperature, hazardous location information, and circuit number.
Junction Boxes
Junction boxes for use with various heating cables are available and are well-made, weatherproof enclosures.
D1297
A large cast aluminum junction box (NEMA 3R) for installation in non-hazardous and C1 D2 areas. Three ½” NPT entries on bottom, provided with plugs. Extra entries can easily be added with a hole saw. External mounting feet. Enclosure dimensions: 6" X 6" X 4" deep (152 mm X 152 mm X 101 mm).
D1297-TERM3
A large cast aluminum junction box (NEMA 3R) for installation in non-hazardous and C1 D2 areas including a rail-mounted three-way terminal block (Max. 8 AWG, 45 A). Three ½” NPT entries on bottom, provided with plugs. Extra entries can easily be added with a hole saw. External mounting feet. Enclosure dimensions: 6" X 6" X 4" deep (152 mm X 152 mm X 101 mm).
EMK-XJB: Junction Box
The EMK-XJB is a large, UL Listed weatherproof enclosure suitable for terminating both ends of one EM2-XR circuit.
H921: 120V Junction Box with ELCI
The WinterGard H921 Kit simplifies the installation of WinterGard 120-volt electric heating cables for freeze protection of pipes or for roof & gutter de-icing.
PTJB
A smaller junction box than the RMI-JB3 with three entries for use with MI heating cables. Three 3/4" NPT entries. Provided with one plug. Includes stainless steel support bracket (U-clamp). Approved for use in hazardous locations (including C1 D1). Enclosure dimensions: 5" X 4" X 3" deep (127 mm X 102 mm X 76 mm).
RMI-JB3
A copper-free aluminum alloy box with three entries for use with MI heating cables. Includes terminal block (500 Vac, 50 A, 3 X 6 AWG) and three ¾” and ½” reducers and two ¾” NPT plugs. Approved for use in hazardous locations (including C1 D1).
Miscellaneous
Miscellaneous, yet helpful kits, ranging from Expansion Joint Kits (which provide physical protection for the heating cable beneath slab joints) to the ElectroMelt jacket Repair Kit (a wraparound sleeve for covering a damaged outer jacket).
EMK-XEJ
The EMK-XEJ is an ElectroMelt expansion joint kit, which provides physical protection for the heating cable beneath slab joints.
EMK-XJR: Jacket Repair Kit
The EMK-XJR is an ElectroMelt jacket repair kit that is used as a wraparound sleeve for covering a damaged outer jacket.
H931: GFI Receptacle Adaptor
The H931 adapter, when used with Raychem's 120-V Gardian pre-assembled heating cables, protects pipes from freezing.
SC-JB-PIPE-ADAPTER
This pipe adapter is for use with all SC-JB kits. This will increase the stand height by 1.5".
Mounting Brackets
Universal and stainless steel mounting brackets for mounting thermostats and other equipment on a pipe.
D1297-Bracket
Optional stainless steel mounting bracket for junction box type D1297. To be strapped on metal cladding of pipe insulation using metal banding or pipe straps (based on outer dimension of insulation).

H913 and H914: Roof Clip Bracket Kits
The H913 and H914 Roof Clip Bracket Kits are for use with Raychem WinterGard Wet heating cables. The roof clips are used to secure WinterGard Wet heating cables to roofs and gutters.
H915: Hanger Bracket Kit
The H915 Hanger Bracket Kit provides mechanical protection for WinterGard Wet heating cables in downspouts and over sharp edges.
JBM-SPA
The JBM-SPA is a small pipe adapter used for installing the JBM-100 on pipes less than 3/4".
JBS-SPA
The JBS-SPA is a small pipe adapter used for installing the JBS-100 on pipes less than 3/4".
SB-100-T
The SB-100-T is an adapter used for mounting E-100, E-100-L, and JBS-100 connection components on a tank surface.
